The southern Channel area gets a new city
As The Channel grows, people are seeking further south to build a new city at the place, where the channel area ends and the archipelago begins. The city is named after the area - Channel Archipelago. The area is dominated with peninsulas, points and large water areas with low depths. See the picture below:
The first city in the area is still considered as a suburb to The Channel, and gets it's energy from there and sends it's garbage to it. The city is only self-supplied with water. Most people from this suburb work in industrial area of The Channel.
