The region gets inhabitants
The first city of the region in simply called "The Channel" as it sits right at the channel between to bays of the fjord.
Below you see the oldest part of the city, which streets and zones are quite chaotic planned. It had to go fast and no one was really planning. One of newest addition in this part of the city is a ferry port, which connects to the other side of the channel (the east side).

The next picture shows the east side of the channel. There is not much at the moment. Mostly just residential zones and a few shops. Industrial workers have to use the ferry and cross both the old town and the suburban areas to get to the indsutrial zone.

The industrial zone is located on the south west edge of the city and has a connection to the neighboring city, which it also serves as a industrial zone. The area also has the garbage fill and the core electricity site, which consists of a few wind turbines and mostly solar panels.

The newest addition to the city is the main commercial area, which is located on a plateau on the western edge of the city, and connects like the industrial zone to the same neighboring city. It's the first clearly planned area of the city and its infrastructure has in contrast to the rest of the city, straight lines and a mayor street to serve the future traffic flow. But its still poorly poupulated, but is planned to grow as the number of inhabitants rise.

As a final word a can comment that the really challange for the city's future is weither the old town and the older suburbs infratsructure can handle the influx of inhabitants and traffic. One thing is for sure - it will be costly to change and upgrade the city's old streets and addition of future public transportation systems.
