The start

Welcome All! :party::party:

This is not a usual city journal with a story line. No, this is just a showcase of most of my pictures from SimCity 4, Cities XL and anything else I feel like showing to the community :thumb: Some of the pics may have been shown already, or I may have shown them shown them somewhere else. Some of the pics may be older, so you will just have to struggle you're way through :P

This does not mean that I will stop with 'The Royal State of Amsterdam' with Reaper, These are just random little side projects that never saw the light!

On with the SHOW!

Song to go with the title

So lets start with some SimCity 4!

Government Housing at night

Drivers going blind at night!

Highway snakes its way through the CBD

Tourist area, as plane flies over the city

Tried to do a European feel, also had a race track round the park!

Artists impression

Now onto my very first CXL city, this was done on a laptop running vista, so please excuse the lack of detail in the pictures.

Main cathedral

View of new and old CBD

Playing on the Rio map for the first time, building the Tokyo Tower

Hope you enjoyed seeing the pics, comments are welcome!

Just one style, and just one game in a CJ is so mainstream... I'll definetly be watching this CJ!

Would you be able to help us catch up after a bit of a shortfall?

We had a small shortfall last month. Your donation today would help us catch up for this month.

Make a Donation, Get a Gift!

We need to continue to raise enough money each month to pay for expenses which includes hardware, bandwidth, software licenses, support licenses and other necessary 3rd party costs.

By way of a "Thank You" gift, we'd like to send you our STEX Collector's DVD. It's some of the best buildings, lots, maps and mods collected for you over the years. Check out the STEX Collections for more info.

Each donation helps keep Simtropolis online, open and free!

Thank you for reading and enjoy the site!
