This is the largest city that I have made using a pluggin folder with only italian style buildings.
After I got the Historical down town, I declared historical all the building and changed the pluggin folder to the Full pluggins folder and unblock the maxis buildings, then I created high density areas to get more modern neighborhoods. This was the result:
