Awesome stuff! I love how it's not some gleaming, perfect utopia. I hate utopias, sooo boring (that's why I went for the gritty feel in my CJ). I can actually picture that city existing on this planet, and for that I give you the internets.

One more thing. I'd suggest making the texture quality better. It seems a bit grainy. Even if it's just for taking pictures. Otherwise nice work still.
