Richmond

One of the original colonies, tobacco center, has the highest unemployment rate in the country as well as the highest crime rate in the country. You'd proably not live there by choice. However, there is a group of rich people that live in the suburb of Ridge Lake. We'll visit them first.

haha ya this is my ghetto city, and its really old. If you check out some of the other cities they have more parks
