@danielcote: I'm not sure exactly what you're referring to (except for the umbrellas ) but every lot you will ever see in my city journal will be custom made and therefore not available for download.  If you would like, send me a private message detailing what props you are looking for that you see in my images and I'll write you back with the links (some of them may be on SC4Devotion).
