@Black_Dahlia I used several assets to create it.

I used the Costco blank buildings from CrazyGlueIt to create the actual building as the base building.

And then to put it all together I used Move It! and moved everything appropriately to overlap everything.

It's a mishmash of multiple buildings that I turned into one building. It took about 30 minutes I would say.
