Atlantica region is a beautiful place where the bustling City of San Reina resides. Warm climate, beautiful beaches sit on a lush and fertile regional area. Various islands surround the region, include the biggest one of them all - Lakota Island. But Lakota was no ordinary island; reaching high into the sky, three distinct and prominent volcanic cones existed. On the far left was the biggest - Lakota; directly across it towards the right was the second biggest cone - Scethy. South of Scethy was the smallest of the three cones - Niaru. All three were fed by one singular reservoir of magma, making all three on Lakota island part of one massive volcano.

The island had a violent past, producing destructive volcanic events every few hundred to thousands of years. It wasn't until 298 A.D. however, that Lakota produced it's most violent event. During the summer months of that year, the volcano came to life with catastrophic force, blasting volcanic material high into the atmosphere from all three cones. The eruption lasted for more than six days, blanketing the entire region into complete darkness.

My City is off the view towards the southwest of the volcano. :) This is a series of images based on Lakota's event in 298 A.D. Look for the other images to see the aftermath.
