The Mongolia County Department of Transportation has given the go ahead for a new rail line out of Central Station, located in Mongolia River City. Construction, as seen here, continues, even as rail traffic speeds by on the line next store. The ETA for completion is unknown.

Nicely framed, the perspective cues seem to create a tension or separation between ground and sky opening space and making the clouds seem to be in motion.
