Region and City Synergy

So as I read some of the posts it sounds to me that citys grow in a very different way depending on how thier neighboring citys are doing. How much of that is true. Could you say make a city like Disney? (Lots of commercial and tourism but little to no industrial and residential.) I know it's not a "real" city but it does have a "no fly zone" and its own town "Celebration" (you need to win a raffle... I wouldn't believe it but I saw it with my own eyes) Anyway, does a SimCity4 city stand a better chance when its neighbors are developing at a relitive pace?

Yes I'd say so. Impost and exposting help alot in the game as well as neiborhood deals and other things. For this happen ofcorse there has to be neiborhood conections between those cities.

No. You probably couldn't make a city like disney. Maybe if you worked like 30 years on it, but the tourism level and the population of neighborhood cities would have to be higher then I've even seen. Trust me. I've seen alot.
