  2. Getting the big buildings?

    Learnin' The Hard Way posted a topic in SimCity 4 General Discussion

    So I played MANY hours of SC2000 and just recently got turned on to SC4. Do I need to get the rush our add on to get some of those REALLY big buildings, or does my city need to reach very high population? What is a good tax % for residents I'm around 9.4% and my city is stable at around 1500 people. I understand that I would need may more people to have the need for very large buildings.
