Problems with commercial zones

Hi there,

I have a serious problem with my commercial zones (all of them). They just don't develop. I noticed recently that all the commercial zone desireability has droped all the way down in all the cities in my region. I'm pretty sure the cause is some lot or mod I downloaded either from here or the SC4 site, but I have too many files in my plugins folder, it would be impossible to know exactly which one is causing this.

Does anyone had this problem before?? is it possible to fix it???

any help will be apreciated

Serpe

Well, sometimes i get that problem where no commercial is developing. But I got that problem (Sometimes) even when my plugin folder is empty.

I doubt that the cause of the problem is from a lot or mod that you downloaded from here. Because all of the files are checked at Simtropolis.

How long have you waited for the commercial zones to develop?

If you wait and wait and wait...eventually they do develop.

If the problem consists I would contact one of the admins or something.

hope this message helps.

Thanks for the answers........the problem I have is very strange. I was doing just fine with the first three cities. All the sudden, in the fourth city, the commercial desireability went down and stayed there no matter what. I even tried setting the taxes to cero, but still does not move and the problem spreaded to all the cities that I built before. I'm doing some tracking to see if I can find any clues of why this happened....
Again, if anyone had this or a similar problem, please please please give me a hand...

    Tahnk you..

I am having the same problem in a region of over 500,000 people. The mod above won't fix it because its a demand problem, not a desirability problem

Also, I did notice that hard cities have less commercial demand than easy ones, but in this case it doesnt seem to matter. All new cities I start have no C demand, and neither do my old ones.
