Why? I think Dell is a good computer company on its own. I've seen enough computer companies being taken over by foreign companies. I cannot be so sure that companies that takeover companies can do well.

That is an April Fools joke if I ever saw one. Looking at the language used makes it very clear (that and the fact that they're all in a bar when this purchase is announced) that this is an April Fools joke. Kaching/Booyah is also a very strange name for a company.
