Props appear in LotEditor but not in game. Help!

I have downloaded some lots here from the STEX. I believe I have all the dependancies, but some of the props aren't showing up in the game. If I open the lot in the LotEditor everything appears. 

The lot I am having problems with is Simgoober's Marriott Hotel. I have read the Read Me. Twice. 

The flora and parking garage aren't showing up in the game. I have downloaded all the MEGA prop packs required. Am I missing something? Do I have something in the wrong place? Where do I look?

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

might wanna check your in game grapgic setting...if they are set to low or min...this will block some of the details from showing in the game...try setting the graphics to high

PS you have to exit the game and re-open it for the graphic effects to take place

i have downloaded a prop to be put into my SC4 game, its in the plugin folder, but it is not showing up in my game. usually it will show in the landmarks but i do not see it.. what is the problem??

Thanks Tolomar. I figured out what was going on. The building didn't have water. Once I added water lines to it the garage magically appeared.

It migt be a growable or another kind building besides landmark.

If it doesn't shows up in any of the menu's it's probably a growable.
