Highest EQ, life expectancy

I did try searching for this, but can't seem to find anything.  I am interested in hearing the highest EQ and life expectancies others have in their cities.  Mine seem to be stuck at 200 and just under 100, respectively (yes, I cheat to get these values, but I'm more interested in building a beautiful city than a realistic one).

The maximum EQ is 200 while the maximum life expectancy is 100. Even without cheating, it isn't very hard to get nearly maxed-out EQ and LE values.

wow, if your Sims lived to 100, a huge percentage of the population would be retired!
Good thing there's no Social Security in SC.

Thank you for the information, I guess I stop trying to find ways to increase the values even higher.  Unless maybe I can mod out something in the game to override the maximums.  4.gif

The funny thing is, even with a high percentage of my populations well into their 90s, my cities don't have any senior's residences.  4.gif

Well, let's just say that they're smarter than the average Sim.  4.gif  I only did it to make it easier and quicker to build beautiful cities, without polluting industry.  But I have found that my cities have a very low industrial demand now, most of the demand is for high wealth commercial.  And the residential demand is off the scale, even with the mod that doubles the range of the RCI scale.

I forgot to mention it earlier, but increasing your sims' education also decreases the crime in your city. I guess values education gets thrown in the whole package. 2.gif

Well, I also use the no crime mod, so crime's not a factor in my cities.  I've found you still need lots of police stations, though, to keep the Sims happy.  I also edit some building properties so that there's no pollution.

My highest life expectancy is 92. I don't cheat.
