Why my account can't download the stex?

I have been registration a new account,but I can't download the bat and lot?

how are you not able to download, kkfung? do you get an error message? does a screen come up, saying you are not allowed to donate?

more like the possiblility that he has pop-up blocked....cause he is logged on...as he is posting

the STEX windows act like pop-ups...and most security centres think they are...try holding down the "Control" button while hitting the link...see if that works, if it does...thats the problem

if it is that...you can allow pop-ups by using the tool bar at the top of the internet browser window  (at least thgats where it is on Google) cuz theres no actual pop-up ads on ST...

Tell us if you are logged in to the STEX or not. Its possible you simply need to close all open browsers, delete your temporary internet files, delete cache files, and delete cookies. This way new cookies will be added when you visit the site again and re-login. -trigger
