How to build highway crossing?

Well Iam not pro yet with a city of 120k people in the second biggest map.. but I want to create a highway crossing (dont have the english name for it though) but the game wont let me create a crossing nomatter if I try to pull over new highway over the old one to create the cross, or if I try to build the 3k$ thing which I dont know what you call!?! But the very big multicross Also how to create Hitech industri? I have a "living" city with the 120k people and then I have a working city with 20k industry jobs, but they demand Hitech! How do I create suitable zones for Hitech?

hi tech will not develop in poluted areas so build away from any dirty and mufacturing industry. as for the cloverleaf inter change (thats the highway cross thing) i dont know with me it asks me if i want to build one when i drag a one highway over another

It won't build if the terrain is too steep or if there are things too close - like buildings or other roads.

The cloverleaf is pretty huge structure, 14x14 tiles in size. Any structure encroaching upon you target site (roads, buildings, etc.), aside from the highways themselves, will prevent you from building a cloverleaf.

too, you should totally flatten the land you're building the cloverleaf on. Most of the time, you will have to delete a lot of buildings and infrastructure before you can build a cloverleaf.
