Are any BATers actually doing any of these requests or is this thread past it's sell by date? If so, It's only fair to not get people's hopes up and take it off display, as it were.

Never gonna happen, there are probably 10000+ requests in this thread. And then many are so broad in scope they're technically unfeasible.

The request thread does serve its purpose:

To be a repository for the requests so multiple threads are not creating requesting things and for the ease of all to see what has been requested.

A place to share ideas of what is wanted by the community, and for Batters to pick up on those ideas.

 I'd suspect more than a fair share of ideas for buildings that have been produced over time have come as a direct result of this thread.

Honestly,  there are not as many people batting as say 2004, but there never have been a huge number of Batters at any given time. Either way, I know some still check in here from time to time and have modeled some of the things that have been requested. It also may spark interest in someone willing to take up the bat on the fact they really, really want a building they saw posted in this thread.

The chances of getting something modeled are influenced primarily on one's willingness to model said structure. As redundant as this may sound, the best chance anyone has of getting something they want is to model it themselves.
