Can't find Marrast underpasses

Can anyone point me to where I can find Marrast's underpasses? I have searched all over the STEX and can't find anything. I have downloaded a couple mods that require them.

Sadly, when the site got upgraded, some files got deleted and it looks like that was one of the victims. I'm not sure if it is going to get re-uploaded as Marrast is not an active member any more.

Darn, that's too bad. Is it an option for a user who has his files to upload them and ensure Marrast gets credit? I am not sure if that's against the rules or not.
