problem with lot files

Hello, I installed SimCity 4 yesterday, so i have few experiences with this game.
I tryed to get to the game some buildings from STEX, but they do not appear properly.For exemple: this Public Elementary School (building.jpg) appears like that (building-in-my game.jpg).What did I do wrong?

To download a building you extract the download using Winzip,WinRAR etc. into your MyDocuments/SimCity4/Plugins folder OR Program Files/Maxis/SimCity4/Plugins folder and they should appear in game. If the building you downloaded comes with a ReadMe always read it as it contains useful information on how to get the building into the game. Try downloading the "Sim City Buildings as Props" and the "Rush Hour Buildings as Props" files from the Lot Editor Page of the Official SC4 Website.

You need to be Product Registered and Logged in to see the above files. Another thing could be that your graphics settings aren't high enough. Try setting them to the highest they can be.
