Unfortunately, you currently can't use HTML to post images.

To post images, click on the Window button on the top of the reply form. Then on the dialog box, type in your image URL.

Actually ALL HTML is permitted but under a specific circumstance.

I started a thread HERE that covers how I was able to use HTML, then how I lost and why no one else can use HTML at the moment. Well anyone can use HTML but only if they havent done something specific. Read the thread for specifics.
