Registering

I would like to know how can I register my software (SIM CITY 4 DELUXE DITION which includes SIM CITY 4 and SIMCITY RUSH HOUR EXPANSION PACK).  I purchased it in Laval, Canada.  Alas, when I attempted to register after installed the software, Canada does not appear among the countries in the list.  Therefore the postal code and province that I wrote are invalid.  When I tried from the web page ( www.simcity.com ) it asks me for the code of each software, wich is the same due to the fact that I purchased one copy that includes all of them.  I got an error message that states that the codes have already been registered.

Please, could anybody help me with this issue?

hiya.... I'm Canadian and had all sort of trouble registering...I resorted to registering via fax...the help files in the program section lists all the things you require...photo copies of the CD's...the store reciept...registration #...off hand I can't remeber if you need anything else

but a few days later I did recieve my conformation code

ps...had to write in manually my e-mail adress
