Major Problems

Ok, I have a very serious proplem.....Not sure wheret o turn really...

My problem. Ok I have SimCity 4 Deluxe, lost my Serial Key, lost my discs, (Made back-ups of the discs), lost all paperwork and the box after moving across the country.....and I want to register my SimCity 4 but not having a Serial Key is a bit hard and not having a disc is even worse...As I have heard you can send them a fax or snail-mail them a copy of the game disc and they will send you a new serial key...


Any help with this?

hate to say it, and I feel your pain...but any sort of serial key and registration issues...you have to deal with EA...and it seems to be their policy that everyone is a pirate til you prove your not a pirate

 

without any of the original cd's...cd-key and a store reciept...I tell ya now...EA won't help...might have to buy a new version of the game...sorry

 

I had all of the above mention things and I still had a hard time with EA and registering

they actually sent me an e-mail stating that they couldn't contact me by e-mail

Zekumas, save yourself a lot of time and pain and go buy a new copy of SC4 Deluxe.  Without a key or CD EA won't help you.  Heck, they'll barely help you even if you have them.

I agree with SamFlash. It will take quite a long time to contact EA and then for them to send your new serial number back. SC4 Deluxe doesn't cost very much now and it will save you a lot of time and effort.
