Well first off, wrong forum, right one: Modding - Transit Networks .

Here you find a thread called: Double-Deck Bridge Experiment .
As the name of the thread it's still an experiment.

    Why not have the center of the bridge be suspension to cross a deep channel and arches on the sides? 2 arches and causeway? Would this be possible?
