I just created this thread for comments and support also to show you my BATs
So if you have questions or comments please feel free to post
 
I released my 2nd BAT yesterday, and now i'm working on my third BAT
and That is the Burger King which will be better than any other of my BATs
here is how it will look when is finished

 

I will post some picture later to show you what I have done so far

Any suggestions or comments

Hi there
I have been working on the Burger King and this is what I have for now .

 

On this picture you can see the whole building

 

On this pic I show you the roof and its details

 

On this last picture i show you the drive thru window (I will add more details to it)

Good work so far. When you get closer to finishing the outside, be sure to put a good bit of detail on the inside, (like a nice tiled floor, seats, pictures, etc.) those details will make the lot much more realistic and appealing to look at.

I was working on the Burger king BAT and this is what i have for now, so if you have suggestions or comments please post.

Not realy a request for something new, more about an extra for this superb lot!

Could you make it growable? Even the signs will make a nice 1x1 low wealth commercial lot

Anyway, keep up the superb work, I realy like it a lot!!!

TH3Eagle Im currently working on a second version of the Burger King and I will do a growable and make a low wealth highway sign with fixed nightlighting
I will probably release it this saturday or sunday

Today I started working on my 4th BAT, which will be the Hollywood Video, again I hope you like it, so here is a picture of how it will look

Most of you said Im getting better so Hollywood Video might be better than Burger King

Hollywood Video is ready to be rendered, but I need your suggestions
Right now Im working on the nightlights, but here are two pics

everythimh is handmade, including the HOLLYWOOD VIDEO thing

A very promising building! I like the custom details you added to the front! One question about the roof: Is there any kind of access (ladder, metal staircase) anywhere? That would be one of those details that make something very good perfect.

Another way to improve the building would be by applying the methods from 6458878's texturing mini-tutorial (Toronto BATs thread, page 12) to the roof texture. Speaking of the roof, I noticed that there seem to be some odd light leaks. Not a catastrophe, but it would be even better if you could fix that.

All in all, you're making good progress, keep it up!

As you can see, these Macy's stores don't looks much like that Art-Deco building you made. But what it does look like is a Burdines, which was a department store chain bought by Macy's. You can release it as a Burdines. Here is a store image with the logo you can put on the building:

Here's some background information on the two companies:

Macy's: Macy's was founded in 1851 by Rowland Hussey Macy as a dry goods store in downtown Haverhill, Massachusetts. In 1858, Macy moved to New York City and founded a new store named R.H. Macy & Company on the corner of 14th Street and 6th Avenue, which later moved to 18th Street and Broadway on the "Ladies' Mile", the 19th century elite shopping district, where it remained for nearly 40 years.

Today, Macy's is known as one of America's largest department store chain selling trendy items at great prices.

Burdines: William M. Burdine opened his first Burdines small store in 1898 in the fledgling community of Miami, just two years after the first passengers had stepped off the newly completed Florida East Coast Railroad to incorporate the city. His tiny store held only a few shelves of clothing, which he sold to construction workers, soldiers from the Spanish-American War and the local Miccosukee and Seminole Native Americans.

By 1912, Burdines had grown into a state-wide department store until 2004 when it merged with Macy's.
