You extract the download using Winzip,WinRAR etc. into your MyDocuments/SimCity4/Plugins folder OR Program Files/Maxis/SimCity4/Plugins folder and they should appear in game. If this doesn't work, the building you are trying to download must be a growable which means you have to zone some Residential, Commercial or Industrial zones and get to the required stage to make it grow OR it could be a reward which means you have to meet some requirements before you can use it in your city. If the building you downloaded comes with a ReadMe always read it as it contains useful information on how to get the building into the game. Hope this helps. 44.gif Welcome to Simtropolis! 39.gif

EDIT: Could you please edit your profile too as it contains a swear word and if a mod or an admin sees it they might lock out your profile 2.gif

I have found it helpful, to make a seperate directory in my plugins folder for each plugin, so that if you are using SimCity4 Startup Manager it is easy to select and deselect them.

A word of advice- keep the names kind of short. The Startup manager only will display like 25 characters of the directory name. (For instance, the difference between middle_european_climate_mod_only and middle_european_climate_mod_with_image_import is significant! However, with the startup manager, they will appear the same.)

    Hope this might help you.
