Joey,

You will need to define some pathfiles or use existing ones. For two different networks to allow traffic between them (ie rail and GLR), the transit-enabled sections will need to be dead ends. Let's use that transfer lot you have on the STEX as an example. The two GLR like tiles on the lot need to be setup like this:

End touching GLR: 02000000 (NNWWSSEE) (I'm assuming the lot is setup this way...)
End touching the rail TE tile: 00000200

And then setup the rail end with 02000000

The GLR straight pathfile ID is:
0xAF1DACA0 if the lot is running left to right
0x580CC700 if the lot is running top to bottom

The straight Rail pathfile ID is 0x03031500, for top to bottom. It is the game default straight path.

Now I know what you're thinking: The trains won't be able to cross the deadend tiles. This is where the pathfiles come in. If a deadend TE tile has a pathfile defined, the vehicles will follow the paths instead of the defined TE tile. So with a straight path applied to a deadend, the trains will go straight. This is how the GLR Stations work.

To add a pathfile to a transit-enabled tile, add a 16th rep and enter the instance ID of the pathfile. If you need any help, let me know.

@Swamper77: joeynymets sent me the file, and I did some modifications. However, the lot is set up in east-west direction, so I'll need the rail path file ID for east-west traffic.

@joeynymets: Disregard the file I sent back to you earlier this day; unfortunately, the forum was down, so I coudn't check what has to be modified.
