Ok, this may just be me because I always look at the little things, but I notice that across the street from my convention center I see little sims with picket signs. Anybody know what that's about?

Is there a government building that requires funding nearby? If so, maybe you're not funding it enough. They might be protesting before your adviser gives you the notice.

Like haux said the advisors probably haven't heard about the strike so they didn't mention it...

 

Raise up the amount the workers in that striking department get paid and all will fall back to normal...

I don't remember exactly, but I've heard that sometimes there are just protests. So maybe just 'have them' hit with a lightning bolt, or something, for hubris.

Well I know it  couldn't be anything wrong, because I have everything at the max level as far as funding goes....maybe they are just having fun.
