hey folks!

i hope you can hel me with this here:

at a certain terrain hight (just a little above the snowline using the snowcapped lower mod by jeronij), my game crashes back to desktop.

i've removed all terrain mods i am using to check if some are conflicting, but the game still crashes back, even with the sc4 standard textures. i really don't know were the problem is.

can you help me please?

Well, if it doesn't appear to be a plugin, then we need all the stuff in the bug reporting sticky above. Please post the details we need.

well, here is what you asked me for:

i'm running sc4 rh on a p4 2.6mhz with 512 mb ram and a divided 120gb hdd (2 partitions about 55-60gb, one backup about 3-5gb, dont know exactly but thats almost the point)
and a virtual memory of 768mb (i've tried to change it to about 2gb on each of the two big partitions of the hdd (4gb total) but i don't know if it changed...) with nvidia geforce fx5200.
i can't offer a picture cause i cant take one due to the crash... there is no error message either

as said before, i tried to fix it by removing all the terrain mods, but the game kept on crashing.

may the be a relation to the slope mod allowins steeper slopes? i recently got this gamecrash editing the terrain with the cliff tool.
    maybe i should check this...

maybe this helps you a little helping me solving this problem

Suggest you set your VM to min 1536MB max 4096gb on one drive only, and make it non-windows managed (fixed).

Also, you should do a plugin check by takiing them all out, and putting them back one by one until it happens. Then you'll know which one it is.

If you take out all your plugins, and the game still crashes, I think you have been stepped on, and should reinstall.
