Gmax window problem - HELP!!

I'm reading the Essential BAT Tutorial while creating my own building. Howver, when I arrive at making transparent glass windows, it doesn't work: it simply fills the frame with a colored sheet or cover - basically, the window it coloered (purple, blue, whatever). Could someone tell me how to make transparent glass windows? ...please?

go to the bat workshop, anyway, when you add a texture make sure you adjust the transparency level box. set it to around 60. there should be a pic of the box on the tutorial.
