Map problem, they tell me it should be 1x1??????????

Hey there i've searched the boards and i didnt come across this problem: i created a map with the SCRACC programm, then i follow all the steps made by a moderator, when i see the blank map and i use alt ctr shift and R and load a jpeg it sais it is 1025 x 1025 while it should be 1 x 1????????????????

can someone please give me some advice?

i would REALLY like a map with just big city tiles in it (no small or medium ones)

does anyone know a map like this i can dl
