    Now, almost all of us know the town Allansford in the Paul Jennings story, 'A Tip For Ghosts' This is how to make that little town.

    Requirement'shttps://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/images/smilies/42.gif;

    Experimental Pantagonia.

    Now, we make Allansford.

    First, start a new city called 'Allansford', then make a road 2 and a quarter miles long, in a precise L.
    At the bottom end, place a recycling tip. Then, not too far outward from the bend, place a rubbish burning plant.

    Then, place landfill around part of the L, the recycling tip and the rubbish plant.

    At the end of the road without landfill, put a wind power-plant. After that, powerline from the wind powerplant to the landfill.

    Zone Medium Residential, Medium Commercial around the windmill and High Density Industrial around the new 'tip'.

    Then, make a few metropolises around Allansford.https://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/images/smilies/14.gif Connect them all up, or do another method to fill up the tip.

    When the tip is full [phew] press Alt, Ctrl, Shift and the God Mode button all at once. And get the 'Shallow Valley' tool and click down for six seconds on the landfill.

    And...https://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/images/smilies/49.gif... Congratgulations! You have made Allansford!

    Welcome to Simtropolis and thannk you for posting your interesting tips on making the town of Allensford.

    I apparently am one who is not familiar with this story and am having problems visualizing your instructions.  It would be very useful if you would repost your information concering making Allansford by using pictures to detail the various steps you've listed.

    Good luck to you.

    Regards,

    Vandy
