I'm trying to find if there is a way to set the base texture on buildings independent of wealth. I really don't like the pink cement. I have found some lots that don't effect the overlay but they have no park or landmark values to them which is really what i'm working on (a series of open plazas). I had found a thread before that someone had created a mod to rid the pinkies from showing on transit but nothing on buildings. I'm hoping it's not an individual building-by-building issue because then I'd have to just suck-it-up as I don't have that much free time! If some one could point me to maybe an instance ID or something, i'm pretty sure I could write the mod myself.

BTW, i've already tried searching through simcity4.dat & parts of simcity3.dat looking for series' incrementing 0-4 (zoom level) but have found only transit textures.

thanks for your thoughts karybdis. unfortunately, i've already set the wealth to zero on all my plaza lots. it may be the park effect/landmark effects of the lots that are doing it ... i'm going to experiment with eliminating those for now.
