Hello to all Simtropolis members!  This is a thread where we will be recruiting modders for SYM Productions (presently nearing 30 members).  These modders would be assigned to a Production Chain involving a BATter, a lotter, a modder, and testers.  The product would be handed from link to link until the testers give it the thumbs-up and it will be uploaded to the STEX.  For example:

 

Production Chain 11:
- Glenni (BATter)
- Simen (lotter)
- Praiodan (modder)
- 1dera3, DJGspinNHitz (testers)

As for my part also someone could join and become a modder if he doesn't have much modding experience yet. I could try (I'm actually not such a good teacher) to teach all at least needed things and would of course always be there if a question needs to be answered.
So the actual only qualifications you need are...
- knowing some basics of the iLive Reader (loading and saving files, j/k. Things like how Lot files for exampel are structured and such things) would be advantageous.
- The will to learn new stuff
- Time, you should really bring some time with you as modding a building can take a while.

Well, I would really like doing this, I've got enough time, the will to do it, and to improve. Unfortunately I have very few knowledge about the reader. Therefore I would really need a helping hand in the beginning. But I think I learn quite fast.

Do you want to deal with a beginner? It would cost you a bit of spare time as well, but it could be worth it.
