Just a further note about migranes: My wife used to get severe migranes at the drop of a hat. After several years of different treatments, our Dr. finally put her on Indurol which is one of the oldest beta blockers known to science. Poof! No more migranes.

Indurol is a prescription drug, so you should see your Dr. Works for her, not everyone has the same funny body chemistry.

I usually get a headache probably once a month. Most of the time, it happens when I dont eat for several hours.

When I am tired and on my computer (like right now) I get a light head ache. What helps is liying down and watching/listening to TV fro a distance.

I seem to get them on a daily basis for no apparent reason except that I am officially an insomniac and am slightly malnutritioned.
Nothing helps much. It makes me feel all sad.8.gif

It seems like I get them every other day. Some are mild to moderate, and some are migraines. I think I get them for several reasons:
                     1. changes in weather
                     2. low blood sugars, high blood sugars, or a combination of both                       in a short period of time (I have type 1 diabetes)
                     3. not enough sleep
                     4. bright lights
