New world record attempt to improve max amount of citizens over magnasanti

Hi dear people of Simtropolis!

For weeks long I have been studying the game's details and workings and I feel for over 3 years compelled to defeat the magnasanti city project that has approximately 6,005 million residents.
The city is the brilliant mathematic work: 

But despite the size, the city has lots of known problems with overall wellbeing, I want to address issues and at the same time do a different approach, my excel is already brimming with lots of calculations and research, and hopefully I can finally defeat this legendary city.

I'm still in the planning phase, but I feel compelled to bring this project to completion.
I rather defeat the citizens count by a small margin but improve overall stats than a bigger margin which is mostly a copy, I want to redo this in a creative and original way, wish me good luck guys

Yeah, I digged deepest possible into all game mechanics and will use all tricks possible to achieve the new goal, its 6.030.000 Population, but also rich people in the city and not slums

Im beyond hardcore on this, the excel file got 7 tabs full of data, calculations etc =)

Some parts of the city are easy, but the center parts will be really hardcore complicated.

But I practically figured out the game's workings, which I will not publicize before finishing the city, and I want to do a new take on some things, explore the deepest secrets, sacrifice space here and there and safe space here and there, the thing is, the concept will be really vulnerable, so everything must be 100% perfect without a single abandonment occurring.

Well, I got a huge big excel file going but I think that I need to revise some aspects once again and starting a so many'th new version of the city

Edit: I am dealing with a dilemma, facing problems and solve them compared to magnasanti but only defeat pop by a small portion or go for a bit bigger margin and ignore problems and only make it run, but I think I go for a mix of both

What if you do what the Sims themselves want?

They are, ofc, in favor of topping the record even if it's only by one single soul, but they are all also very much in favour of better living conditions as their primary concern.

Yep, also sounds funny, but after some building processes I need to redo the city again, I suppose this increase the trial and errors that prolong the city's construction, but with each revision it gets better, I figured out that dirty industry must be placed really carefully or constructions are not possible at all
