Map texture missing

If I choose a largest map to open, and then save and quit, that map will not be shown correctly. Specifically, the bottom half of the surface or water textures on the map missed. However, if any lot has been placed on the bottom part, it can be shown correctly.

I don't know when this issue bagan to happen, but until now it still exists.

Install the following to alleviate this problem. Be sure to follow the install instructions exactly or the problem will persist.
