Modding SimCity-Scripts_287520926.package

A lot of mods included making tweaks to -SimCity-Scripts_287520926.package and SimCityDLCEP1-Scripts_287520926.package. Within these mods, they ask you to overwrite the previous version with their version. Basically overwriting any tweaks another mod might be relying on.

Has anyone with SimCityPak savvy ever combined the tweaked info from all mods and consolidated them into one (-SimCity-Scripts_287520926.package) file? There are a lot of good mods for this game that don't come with their own scripts and all play off these two files, It really only renders that last mod installed to correctly work after that.

The pack of mods that Twinzens put out in 2020 makes no mention if this was done and gives no indication of whose modded files those files actually mod as there would be an awful lot of mods in that pack that only half work at that point.

I think if someone was to take on that important but Hurculean task, the two script files in the mod pack by Twinzens would be a great place to start.
