If the region comes with a grayscale, you can reduce the region to 1 large tile in photoshop, although it will probably mash up the scale quite a bit. If it comes with an rgb file, you will have to convert it first. If you're looking for just one area of that region, make a duplicate region and import what you want.

    I don't think it does.

In theory you can rescale any map, but looking at the download I seriously doubt you’d get good results scaling something that large to fit a 4x4 region.

Best to just use it as-is frankly. Not to mention, DrunkApple’s work is scaled well to work with the game.

Head over to my Lot and Mod Shack to keep abreast of my latest developments.

Do you like custom textures, but don't like all the work involved creating them?, take a look at the Texture Automation options here. Change the look and feel of your transit networks, with the minimum of effort, for example customised versions of my Sidewalk NAM (SWN) and Terrain Grass NAM (TGN) mods, and much more besides.

New to the NAM? Check out my tutorials on YouTube. Latest upload: How to: RHW - MHO Roundabout Interchanges. (Nov 25).

p.s. - I'm MGB over on SC4D and a member of the NAM team.

This is a map I made as a request, a while back. The township of Lincoln Park, Michigan, just outside Detroit, it's made to region size of approximately 30 tiles. The raised terrain indicates the location of major thoroughfares.

As you can see, exact reproduction of the grid is almost impossible, but I gave it a shot. As with the buildings, you have to fudge the details here and there.
