SimCity 4 - Crashing to desktop during loading.

Hello.

I've re-download SimCity 4 onto my window 11 PC after many years.
When the game reaches the title screen, it crashes back to the desktop.
Can anyone help?
Is there something I need to download?

I recommend you follow these two tutorials I made to corectly configure SC4 and make it compatible with modern computers. (The tutorials are in Italian but the description and subtitles are also available in English. I hope that by the end of January I can release the tutorial in English language). Follow only the tutorial that is compatible with your version of SC4 (Steam, GOG, etc.).

Thank you. I've found a setting that makes the game work. It might fiddle around a little more to imprive the graphics, but at least it's working now.
