How to Reply?

Newb here.  I am sure I am being an idiot, but how do I reply to a post?  I am just not seeing anything anywhere that says "Reply".

Below the last post in a topic is a small window with "Reply to this topic...". You can make a reply for the topic by using that window.

If you wish to respond to a particular post within the topic, you can use the 'Quote' feature in the post. That will open a new window with the quoted post where you can enter your response.

or

B. Whatever BS is rattling around in me gulliver.

I usually opt for B.
