Buc-ee's Gas?

Hello everyone. I am new to this forum and have been using SC4 since I first got this way back. I decided to bring it back and keep me busy. I didn't realize there are so many mods out there that you can add it to SC4 on it. My gosh!

Here is my crazy idea or request to see if anyone got Buc-ee's? Since it is very popular nowadays in Texas, Louisiana (soon), Mississippi (soon), Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, and I believe South Carolina too.

I got gas station mods such as QuikTrip, RaceTrac, Pilot, Flying J. Any help or advice to get this? Many thanks!

content files. They specialize in regional brands, and I'm pretty sure I've seen a Buc-ee's here.

welcome to the forum. as what @SIM-ple Jack said see if they added that to STEX. you can also do a search, I suggest "Search Full Site" which works better

I did a search, and nothing turned up, so unlikely it was made. My initial response was based on the memory of these files-

Unfortunately, in 100 gas stations, a Buc-ees did not turn up. My suggestions: Go to their threads and make a request, or find an acceptable substitute on the STEX. Or learn to BAT.

@SIM-ple Jack I’ve not done a Bucee’s but it’s probably one of the next things I will do. I’ve considered doing one for a long time but I think you might finally  see one late this year or early next year.

There is a bit of a misunderstanding here. I always eagerly await your releases, but this time I was merely answering the other guy's question. In truth, I've never even heard of a Buc-ees until this thread.  But when it comes out, I assure you, I'll gobble it up!

Keep in mind that 75,000 sq. ft. is bigger than most supermarket chains. So, in theory, you'll want a large lot if you are aiming for realism. Never been to Buc-ee's which is one reason I never did pursue making one.

Right now I’m at a 10x8 lot and that’s without the extra parking atm for the plop. I’m going to add more parking and make it bigger. I am also doing a 6x6 growable; in the suburbs of Houston, there are actually smaller sized ones as well. That’s where I’m at right now. I also made a Tesla supercharger prop for the electric car parking & charging.
 

But yeah this is super helpful! Thanks as always @RRetail. These are super early shots. It’ll take me a week or two to get right.

The reason I was thinking about a bigger lot was because some of these things are pavement paradises with tons and tons of parking, almost blurring the line between convenience store and tourist trap. It's wild, because there's nothing in American retail that is really like Bucee's right now. There is another chain, Wally's, popping up in Illinois that is trying to do the same thing.

Buc-ee's is definitely one of the largest Gas Stations I've ever seen and I just Google mapped these places.  30 to 60 Gas Pumps seems to be the lowest you can go with these stations.
