*NOTES*

1. Option G has been activated, but there is (currently) a 50% chance of recieving a nagative card. There are a total of 100 cards. the only way to reduce that percent, is by suggesting additional cards, or by accidentally recieving a negative card. A card is not shuffled back into the deck until it has been used by the one who collected it. Most cards can be kept until the team wishes to use it. some cards are used imediately then put back in the deck, but a few are kept until the time designated on that card runs out.

2. Due to lack of time, I cannot edit the colours of the recent events.

Also, what is this pop limit?  It sounds like I've reached some sort of limit to the size of my army and I have to conquer if I want it to grow.

Blue would like to claim Southern Europe and use as many reinforces as we can get.

EDIT: Yellow team has agreed to hand over peru, venezuela, and central america in return for peace with blue team and a transfer of ten men to their side.  We have also decided to swap East Africa to yellow team in exchange for argentina and a trade of the middle east for brazil.

 

SECOND EDIT:  I just noticed that yellow doesn't control any of the stipulated land except for brazil, so if they can't turn over the stipulated land, then the deal will need to wait until I can talk with yellow team.
