I'd like to change the Defence Perecentage to %35 And I'd like to reinforce.

EDIT:I just noticed that you ended the game...and that the Defence Percent change doesn't count I think...if it doesn't count as a move then I'd like to Mass Attack Alaska from the East

Ah, I missed a lot today! I was playing SC4. Oh well, looks like Kevin did an awesome job, though I can't figure out how black made THAT big of a blow on reconquering Scandanavia. Anyways I vote for G.

Ash, I just looked at the territories, and it still says yellow has Scandanavia... typo?

BTW, great moves for tomorrow Kevin. That's what I would have done.
