Lot Editor problem / Cant launch or install SC4 Steam

Hi there,

I post another topic since I have a problem with Lot Editor this time. I have a steam version of SC4 on Windows 10 installed in the steam library (I tried to install it outside of the library, it seems like it doesn't want to). When I try to launch loteditor from the Steam root, it doesn't work. A window opens for a few seconds then closes itself. I tried to run as admin the software, still have the same problem. I searched up in the task manager, no task seems to be related with LotEditor.

I tried with another version of LotEditor installed this time with BAT. The problem here is the same.

I tried also to download the .exe installer found on this website and SC4Devotion, but it doesn't want to install too. When I try to install, I run the installer as admin, but it says that it's unable to read registry. I tried to find out where this issue comes from, but I don't have any fix under the hand. Some people say that it might come from the fact that the place where SC4 is installed is different from what the software wants it to be.

If you have any fix regarding that, please comment bellow. I really want to develop things for SC4, as it is the main reason I bought SC4 for.
