Does this group cater to SCBuildit?

I've played it, but IMHO, it's quite restricted and frustrating, because you really cannot decide how your city will grow, but always are required to maximise some stats to get enough money and objects to level up a bit. They basically extirpated all the sandbox magic out of SimCity, to make it a more "engaging" (this is, compulsive) game, which always prompts you to spend real money to get some leeway on your city design.
