General glitch / balance patch for 2013

Hi, I just joined here because I want to play 2013 again but last time I did I couldn't handle the glitches and bugs anymore. This was my first real city building game, I know its arguably the worst and its dead but I just cant let it go. Is there a mod that fixes the bugs without adding any other assets and what not. I'm ok with one-way roads and stuff I just don't want McDonalds in the game, you know what I mean? Thanks.

    I saw this, it builds off a modpack that supposedly fixed a lot of bugs but what this guy added is a lot of those real life commercial assets like McDonalds and stuff I wasn't a fan of. I might just try the modpack it was built off of.
