Problem with Plane Colors

Hi all

I'm having an issue with what looks like the default jet plane colors in SimCity4.  They all have the red, blue and green scheme.  My game crashed big time about three weeks ago to the point I couldn't load any cities so I removed most all of my plug-ins and started adding them a couple at a time to see which one(s) were the problem.  My game is back up and running but this issues with the planes (see picture) came up and I'm not sure why. 

I have tried running the SC4DataNode program but honestly i couldn't make heads or tails out of what i was looking at.

Any help, advice or directions are appreciated
