How do we change required resources and output resources?

Hi, 

I want to make some more unique factories and some alternatives that make commercial zone goods like the fish factory. Are we able to change the input and output resources? I can change the amounts in and out in the asset editor but can't find any info about changing the base resources? is it possible?

It's come to my attention that others looking for an answer to this question haven't found an answer but have found this post. I did work it out so here are the instructions.

load a clean install, NO mods, then install https://cslmodding.info/modtools/ then restart skylines after enabling

create a new asset in the editor, choose building, then choose a specialised industry building as your template, it must be a specialised industry building or you won't get any resource settings
you can then choose which model you want, I ripped the generic industry buildings using modtools
then when loaded in the editor press ctrl+e to open the scene explorer, then navigate to, ToolManager/ToolManager/ToolController/PrefabInfo/BuildingAI
there you will find the options for different input and output resources
